Why automate: time recovered and fewer errors

Every piece of data copied by hand from one screen to another is wasted time and a chance for a mistake: an address typed wrong on the shipping label, a forgotten invoice, a supplier price never updated that has you selling at a loss. Automation removes the repetitive work: a paid order is recorded with its customer, products and payment status, without anyone retyping the data. You and your team focus on customers and on selling, not on transcribing information.

What happens after the customer clicks “Place order”

The card payment is processed by Stripe, and its confirmation updates the order status automatically. Cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders land in the same order panel, with the payment method the customer chose. Customers with an account are notified when the order status changes.

Product feeds: Google Shopping and suppliers

The store catalog can feed Google Merchant Center, so your products appear in Google Shopping with the price and availability from the store. In the other direction, scheduled feed imports bring your suppliers’ products, prices and stock into the catalog at the interval you set. We configure the field mapping and check the first import together with you, so you never publish products with wrong data.

Connecting other tools

Invoicing, accounting and shipping tools differ from one country to another, so we confirm before the project starts which of your tools can be connected with the site and which need custom work. We do not promise synchronisations that do not exist.

Which integrations are available for the site and store?

Can you connect the site to my current CRM or ERP?

There are currently no ready-made connectors for external CRMs or ERPs, and no webhooks for your own systems. If you have that need, tell us before the project starts and we will answer honestly whether and how it can be solved — rather than you finding out after launch.

Can store orders be used for invoicing?

Each paid order is stored with its customer, products, prices and payment method, so the data sits in one place rather than across several screens. Invoicing depends on your country and your accounting set-up, so tell us before the project starts what you need, and we will confirm what is possible.

What is an “automated flow” and what can it do for me?

An automated flow means a single event sets the next steps in motion. Example: the customer pays by card → the order is confirmed → the order appears in your admin panel with its products and delivery details → customers with an account are notified. You stop copying data between the store and your other tools.

Are integrations secure? Is customer data protected?

Yes. Card data is processed directly by the payment provider (Stripe) and never passes through the store’s servers. Data moves between the store and the services you connect only as far as the order requires, in line with applicable data protection law.

Can I use my own courier?

Yes. You set the shipping rates and delivery options in the store yourself and handle dispatch directly with the courier you choose.
