What does a maintenance plan include?
It includes 24/7 uptime monitoring, automatic backups, security updates, SSL renewal, Core Web Vitals monitoring, priority technical support and periodic reports. Plans differ by guaranteed response time and the volume of changes included each month.
What happens if the site goes down at night or on weekends?
Monitoring runs 24/7, including nights and weekends. We get an automatic alert on downtime and step in per your plan’s response time. For online stores, where every hour of downtime costs, we recommend the plan with priority intervention.
How often do you back up?
Frequency depends on the plan and how often content changes. For a business website, regular backups are enough; for an online store with daily orders we back up more often, so you don’t lose orders or customer data. Backups are stored separately from the site.
Can I request content changes through maintenance?
Yes. Plans include a volume of monthly changes (text, images, small adjustments). Many changes you can also make yourself via the visual editor; for technical ones or those beyond the included volume, we offer support on request.
Why can’t I just leave the site as it is?
Because software ages. Without updates, security vulnerabilities appear, SSL certificates expire (and the site turns "not secure"), and speed drops. An unmaintained site risks being hacked, going down or losing Google rankings — costs far higher than maintenance.
Do you maintain sites built by others?
Yes, after an initial audit of the technical state. If the site is built on technology we can maintain safely, we take over. If it has serious structural problems, we recommend the right solution — sometimes a rebuild is cheaper than maintaining a fragile system.
